Fragile, stained-glass lamp was shipped ROCKET FAST and packaged REALLY well! Even my gorilla delivery guy couldn't harm it! Lamp is much more beautiful than described... Fantastic purchasing experience! Caryn B.
Rating: Excellent - I found Logcabinexpressions by searching for a product I was looking to purchase. When I found it here, the pricing was incredibly less than anywhere else on the web and through local retailers. Being a little skepical, I contacted the merchant by phone and made some inquiries. This retailer simply runs an honest business and is not trying to price gouge the customer. I placed my order, which was also going to be a custom order, no problem. Unfortunately, when I did receive the item which was shipped directly from the manufacturer, part of it was damaged. I contacted the manufacturer via email with a cc to this merchant. Logcabinexpressions responded to the email quicker than the manufacturer and got right to work getting it resolved. Logcabinexpressions kept contact via emails with shipping updates and quality checks. I would definitely purchase again from Logcabinexpressions and highly recommend it to anyone. Mary C.
