We do our best to make sure products are in stock and handled properly from pulling your order to being delivered to your door. In case human error steps in on any of these processes, here are a few guidelines for our Shipping & Return Policies.
Shipping Information:
Delivery time and shipment availability may vary from one product to the next. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground within THREE TO FIVE BUSINESS DAYS of ORDER PLACEMENT. If you order multiple products they might come in separate shipments due to different suppliers. Some items are custom made (usually noted in product description so these items might take longer to ship. We do not ship International at this time.
Shipping costs are dependent on the item(s) that are in your order. Your total shipping charge will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours. Additional Handling and Over sized Charges may apply to some items. The Shipping amount is estimated based on the item's ship-weight and delivery location (Zip Code) by UPS OnLine� Tools.
Color Variations:
Please note that every monitor is calibrated differently so some colors might appear slightly off from what you view on your computer screen.
Return Policies:
Please contact us with damage, returns or shortage claims immediately upon receipt of merchandise by email @

Please wait for further instructions before shipping the product back. Each supplier has different processes and require to be notified prior to the return. I usually supply a reference/authorization number so you can include it with your shipment. In most cases the customer will have to ship the merchandise back and incur the cost of shipping. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. C.O.D. deliveries are not accepted, and will delay any returns. Once the item has been sent to the supplier and is processed, a refund can then be issued. For your own protection it is recommended you send UPS or Fed Ex to have a tracking number on file for your records as proof of return.
We must be notified of a return within 5 days of delivery. There could possibly be a 15-30% restocking fee on returned orders that will be subtracted out of the total refund. (Lighting products will be 30%)on all the other items percentage will be determined by the supplier/product policies)
**Custom orders are not returnable.
